She or one of her staff was here daily and treated my father with respect and care. My father never complained about even on thing. They were all always happy, caring and dependable. I was never left in a bind because of a no-show. I was also very happy with with Roxanne's knowledge of her field. She never steered me wrong with any advice on my dad's care, and always gave it to me in a compassionate way. When my father was able, she took him on walks. She also accompanied me to the doctor's office and even Costco when Dad wanted to get out but i couldn't handle the trip alone. Even when she was not here, I could call her and ask questions if I wasn't sure about a situation. She was always available. I would not hesitate to recommend Roxanne and her company to anyone who has a family member who needs compassionate and knowledgeable care.
