My name is Roxanne McGann, founder and CEO of RDT Care Services LLC ®. Originally from Jamaica via New York, I spent many years working in the corporate sector, building a strong professional foundation in structured environments. While this experience helped shape my discipline and leadership skills, I gradually realized something was missing a deeper sense of purpose. After relocating and settling in Montgomery County, Maryland, my journey took a meaningful turn. After the birth of my second son in 2011, I returned to corporate work, but I found myself unfulfilled by desk centered routines. I felt a strong inner calling toward something more human, more meaningful and more impactful.

That calling led me to pursue nursing. Choosing nursing was not just a career change it was a life transformation. It aligned perfectly with my natural desire to nurture, support, and care for others. I discovered fulfillment in being able to make a real difference in people’s lives during vulnerable moments. Through my experience in healthcare and caregiving, I saw a growing need for compassionate, reliable and personalized home care services especially for families struggling to balance caregiving responsibilities with daily life.
